Shipping policy

We typically need 3–5 business days to process and ship your order. Some items may take longer, especially during holidays or stock issues. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes to your order, including the shipping address.
Orders ship on business days only, and items may be shipped separately if your order contains multiple products.

Tracking:

All orders include a tracking number.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Some carriers may take a few days to update tracking.

ShopAbrahamhamra is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot modify orders once they enter processing.
